Terms of Service

1. Service

SignalScout provides AI-assisted, source-linked B2B opportunity intelligence. The service may include opportunity profile creation, monitoring of public business signals, tender and company trigger review, scoring, recommended next actions, outreach draft angles, CSV or email exports, and weekly reports.

The first product is a weekly report. A dashboard, integrations, or additional workflow features may be added or changed over time.

2. Free try-out and paid plans

• The free try-out is a one-time sample using the information you submit and public research. AIGENIZE may refuse, limit, or discontinue a free try-out where it is abusive, unlawful, outside scope, or impractical to deliver.
• SignalScout Core is currently described as a monthly pilot service. Prices shown on the website are informational unless confirmed in an order, invoice, or written agreement.
• No payment is taken from the start page. Payment, invoicing, and onboarding are handled after the profile scope is confirmed.

3. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate, lawful, and non-confidential information unless confidentiality terms have been agreed.
• Do not submit special-category data, children's data, secrets, passwords, API keys, or data you are not allowed to provide.
• Review all sources, procurement requirements, deadlines, and outreach rules before acting on a recommendation.
• Use outreach drafts and opportunity reports in compliance with anti-spam, procurement, competition, privacy, and professional conduct rules.
• Do not resell, scrape, benchmark, reverse engineer, or use SignalScout to build a competing database or service without written permission.

4. Output quality and disclaimers

SignalScout works with public and commercially available business information that may be incomplete, outdated, or interpreted differently by different people. AIGENIZE aims to provide useful, source-linked recommendations, but does not guarantee that any lead, tender, opportunity, or outreach angle will produce revenue.

Reports are business intelligence, not legal, procurement, financial, tax, compliance, or investment advice. You are responsible for final business decisions and for verifying whether a tender, contact, or outreach action is appropriate.

5. AI-assisted features

AI may assist with source review, summarisation, classification, scoring, drafting, and quality checks. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so customers must verify important facts before acting.

AIGENIZE may improve prompts, workflows, scoring criteria, and quality assurance processes over time. Pilot features may change, be limited, or be removed.

6. Fees, invoicing, taxes, and cancellation

• Unless stated otherwise, fees are in EUR, exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, and payable according to the invoice or order terms.
• Monthly services renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing period or unless the applicable order says otherwise.
• Cancelling stops future renewal. Fees already due remain payable. Refunds or credits are handled according to the signed order, invoice terms, or written agreement.
• AIGENIZE may suspend or stop service for non-payment, unlawful use, abuse, security risk, or material breach.

7. Intellectual property

AIGENIZE owns SignalScout, including its software, workflows, prompts, designs, scoring logic, templates, and methods. Customers retain ownership of information they provide.

Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, AIGENIZE grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive licence to use delivered reports and outreach drafts internally for its own business development.

8. Confidentiality

Each party must protect non-public information received from the other party using reasonable care and may use it only for the relationship unless disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.

Public sources and information independently developed or already known without confidentiality obligations are not confidential.

9. Data protection

The Privacy Policy explains how AIGENIZE handles personal data for the website and its own controller purposes. Where AIGENIZE processes customer personal data as a processor, the Data Processing Addendum applies if incorporated into an order or written agreement.

10. Availability and changes

AIGENIZE will use reasonable efforts to keep SignalScout available and useful. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, security work, pilot changes, or events outside AIGENIZE's reasonable control.

AIGENIZE may update the website, pricing, deliverable format, scope, or these terms. Material changes affecting an active paid service will be communicated where appropriate.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIGENIZE is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, loss of goodwill, or decisions made from unverified reports.

For paid services, AIGENIZE's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, unless mandatory law says otherwise. The competent courts in Belgium will have jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement specifies a different forum or mandatory law requires another forum.
