SignalScout is a B2B opportunity intelligence service. It uses company information, public business signals, and AI-assisted research to prepare source-linked opportunity reports.

4. Public sources and AI-assisted research

SignalScout may use public and commercially available business sources such as tender portals, job postings, company websites, public directories, company announcements, market news, and visible technical website signals.

AI tools may assist with summarising sources, classifying signals, scoring fit, and drafting report language. SignalScout does not use AI to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.

During the pilot phase, reports are quality-checked before delivery. Customers remain responsible for verifying sources, procurement requirements, and outreach compliance before acting on a report.

We share personal data only where needed for the purposes above. Recipients may include hosting and infrastructure providers, Supabase where configured for intake storage and job queues, email and communications providers, AI and research providers, contractors working under confidentiality obligations, professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.

Where AIGENIZE processes personal data on a customer's documented instructions, the Data Processing Addendum describes processor commitments and sub-processor controls.
